- Patterns available on this website are for **personal use only** unless stated otherwise.
- You may not sell, claim, or modify and redistribute any content as your own.
- If you share a project made using my patterns, please credit **Fiber Fiesta Crochet Designs** and provide a link back to the original pattern.
2. Selling Finished Items
I allow the sale of finished items made from my crochet patterns under the following conditions:
- You must provide credit to **Fiber Fiesta Crochet Designs** as the pattern designer. Example: "Made using a pattern by Fiber Fiesta Crochet Designs."
- You may sell handmade finished items only in limited quantities. **Mass production is strictly prohibited.**
- Mass production is defined as manufacturing 100+ identical pieces for retail, wholesale, or factory production. If you wish to produce in large quantities, you must purchase a **Commercial License** (details available upon request).
3. Commercial License for Mass Production
For businesses or individuals who wish to sell finished crochet items in bulk, a Commercial License is required.
- A Commercial License grants permission to produce finished items on a larger scale.
- Pricing and terms vary depending on the number of units and intended sales channels.
- Unauthorized mass production without a license may result in legal action.

4. DMCA & Copyright Enforcement
If I discover that my patterns or designs have been copied, distributed, or mass-produced without authorization, I reserve the right to:
- File a **DMCA takedown request** with hosting platforms (Etsy, Ravelry, Instagram, etc.).
- Take legal action if necessary.
- Block or report users violating these terms.
5. Changes to Terms & Conditions
I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
